7FTD is established following the agreement to sign in JV contract on 27 November 2009 in accordance with the Law on Investment of Cambodia. The certificate of Commercial Registration No. INV.6257E/2009 dated on 04 November 2010 is issued by Ministry of Commerce. The permission Letter No. 2210/10 K.OR.K dated 27 October 2010 issued by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).

7FTD Co., Ltd. is the premier manufacturer of precast concrete electrical poles and foundation piles in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Established as a strategic international joint venture combining expertise from Cambodia (Sokchoeurn Development), Belgium (Flanders Concrete), and Vietnam (Thu Duc Long An), our company operates according to rigorous European and Vietnamese quality standards. Driven by an active research and development unit, we deliver practical, high-performance concrete solutions designed specifically to strengthen and modernize Cambodia’s domestic infrastructure. The Inauguration Ceremony of 7FTD Co., Ltd, presided over by H.E General EM SAM AN, Advisor to Samdech Aka Mohasena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior on 01st March 2011.

The participation of investors from the three different countries as the following:

2. FLANDERS CONCRTE N.V. Legally represented by Mr. EDOUARD PAUL J. VANCANNEYT from Belgium.
3. THU DUC – LONG AN CENTRIFUGAL CONCRTE J.S.C, legally represented by Mr. PHAM NGOC HIEP from Vietnam.
